Deborah's journey began in 1989 with massage therapy; she was a member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) for over 25 years. In 1998 she certified to teach Pilates, studying under Colleen Glenn. In 2003, Deborah broadened her skills to include the GYROTONIC® Method, studying under several Master Trainers: Juergen Bamburger, Kathy Van Patton, Tim McMinn, Amy Ell and Dawn Swatchick. Deborah is certified

Level 1 & 2 and is also certified on the
ARCHWAY™ and
GYROTONIC® Jumping-Stretching Board and GYROKINESIS® Level 1.
Deborah founded the Posture Company Studio and GYROTONIC® Dallas Park Cities. She is also the inventor of AlignaBod, a posture assessment grid, and is a Commissioned Centering Prayer Presenter. Deborah enjoys each opportunity in life to continue to learn and grow spiritually.
